I am the customer champion so it is my job to ensure that we are customer focused in everything that we do.

I have been with Capita for 12 years. During that time, I have personally met most of our customers and I have built up a number of long-standing relationships. I really enjoy working with them to ensure they get the best value from the products.

I am a key point of escalation for customer issues. Along with the account manager, I aim to ensure that customers are listened to and kept informed regarding both our direction and resolution of any problems.

I understand the importance of a human voice to explain what is happening so I spend a lot of my time on the phone or visiting customers. I get great satisfaction from knowing that we have reached a resolution and that our customers are happy.
