We offer a number of technical services to support you to deploy and manage your One v4 architecture:
Diagnostics package
Trouble shooting and problem identification, and performance assurance.
Our team of dedicated technical consultants will work with you to understand your current and future requirements:
- server and network architecture required
- deployment
- supporting you to manage and maintain the new architecture
- commission and underwrite your new system as a fully operational Capita One system which can then be supported by our One Service Desk
Given the risks associated with managing children’s data, it’s important that you have in place the services you need to ensure you have:
- Access to the Technical Services team and their expertise
- No connectivity issues, network related problems or trouble configuring the One servers
- No need to release data from your secure environment as we can investigate data issues remotely
Assisted support package
Bundle of pre-paid support services for Capita One and eSuite covering major technical changes, such as upgrades and maintenance, up-to a fixed number of service requests.
In addition to the Diagnostic package above, you can top up your in house resources with the Assisted Support package. With the wealth of experience that the One Technical Services team can offer, this crucial insurance will offer you peace of mind in the event of any major issues.
This service will be extended to include the new One v4 components, IIS configuration, One server software maintenance and upgrades, in addition to your One Oracle server.

One Web Server Support Service and One Web Continuity Support Service
The popular One Web Server Support Service enables a smooth and seamless transition to the One v4 Online Architecture by hosting the new web components as they come online in the existing managed environment.
Benefits include:
- Increased uptime
- Higher availability and increased performance by delivering your One Online functionality across additional resilient load-balanced web servers
- Less hassle when updating to the new platform as modules will be replaced like for like
Managed Support Package
Additional pre-paid service requests covering fully defined service delivery plan tailored to a defined SLA (fixed price servicing).
This service is a cost effective way of outsourcing the responsibility and risk of managing the One application back-office server software for your local authority, tailored to your individual needs.

One Architecture Software Integration Services
Our Software Integration team specialises in delivering a wide range of services that enable your One system to communicate and transfer information with other IT products in areas such as Human Resources, Social Care and Finance.
The service can help you to carry out data migration activity required as part of the move from any legacy system to the One architecture.
