One User Acceptance Testing (UAT) provides you - our customers - with the opportunity to be involved in testing our software before it goes live and have your say in how we can develop it. We use your feedback to help us continue to enhance the performance of our software and the results you get from it.
We offer several secure, realistic and easy to use testing environments, so you can choose a way to test that is convenient for you. Our experienced product specialists are available to provide support during your testing session, so your questions can be answered immediately.
Choose from 2 UAT environments:
- Hosted User Acceptance Testing
A hosted solution that allows you to test our software via a remote Citrix server at a time and place that is convenient to you.
- Customer workshops
Customer workshops are held at a central location so you can come and join in with fellow local authorities in testing a particular One module.
