Transformation Operations Director
James joined Capita in 2015 after a successful career in change consultancy and managing outsourced contracts in the Legal and Financial Services industries. He has significant experience of managing large change programmes, building strong client relationships in both the private and public sector and improving business performance in challenging environments.
Since joining Capita, James has worked in the Specialist Services division as Business Director, Operations Director and recently Business Excellence Director for the Capita Property and Infrastructure business. These roles involved utilising the expertise of our technical teams whilst driving programmes of change to deliver exceptional services and business performance.
James leads the team responsible for customer experience, helping us build and develop enduring strategic relationships with our customer base. The Client Services, Customer Transformation and Operational Improvement teams report into James. Collectively these teams ensure the voice of our customers is heard at all levels of our organisation, and their needs are embedded in all we do.
