    Streamlines and automates the management of all communications, whether formal complaints, neighbour disputes or simple enquires. Gives users instant access to the full history of every communication. Communications can be linked, grouped, and partnered with prompts for action and review.

  • Asset Management and Planned Maintenance

    Covers every aspect of asset management from stock condition, life cycle costing and warranties, to servicing, planned maintenance and contract management for major works. Clear, one-screen visual of property information neatly pulls in data from other OPENHousing modules.

  • Choice-based Lettings

    Manages the advertising of vacant properties, collates bids and generates shortlists of applicants.

  • Allocations

    Captures and manages lists of applicants waiting for housing. Enables the definition of multiple waiting lists and the creation of numerous list categories.

  • CRM

    Quick, efficient recording or all forms of customer contact, made as ‘click-free’ as possible. Integrates with email, social media channels, SMS and other document systems to allow as much information as possible to be captured automatically. Offers call escalation and full workflow scripting to process call data through to resolution of cases raised.

  • Factoring/Leasehold Service Charges

    Deals with the processing critical to managing factored owners/leaseholders. Has the flexibility to accommodate complex charging structures, dealing with apportioned common repairs, fixed charges and their billing, whether one-off or regular.

    Integrates with planned works, servicing and contract management for an end-to-end view of components, whether maintained through responsive, planned or service repairs. Allows for user-defined job types, documentation and works orders. Includes comprehensive warnings (eg resident vulnerability), automatic post inspections, invoicing, and resident satisfaction surveys.

  • Scheduler

    Outlook-style module lets users set up visits to properties or residents by simply dragging and dropping appointments into the diaries of officers or operatives. Offers centralised access to multiple calendars, clear visibility on appointments, and can assist planning by pre-selecting resources to match the type of visit.

  • The Hub

    Easy to interpret CRM screen offering 360-degree view of tenant property and resident records. Streamlines contact by automatically displaying customer information as calls come in. For residents, includes customer profiling, contact preferences, tenancy information and logging of complaints or antisocial behaviour. For properties, displays key compliance dates, active warranties, upcoming works and history/logging of repairs.

  • Void Management

    Integrates with a range of other modules to provide sophisticated facilities for tracking voids, through user-defined stages. Automatically calculates void loss. Monitors the location of keys. Options to revise termination date or reinstate tenancy.

  • Workflow

    Helps organisations to integrate their business processes, and is fully customisable to their business rules and requirements.
