We hope that you’re getting used to the new My Account and finding your way around the portal. It’s been such a busy period since the turn of the year preparing for the launch, that it’s hard to believe that we have now been up and running for a month!
In that time, we’ve received lots of positive feedback from users and suggestions to help improve My Account and I wanted to take this opportunity to share some of the changes that we’ve made.
Searching the Knowledge Base
We previously had an extra layer of security to the Knowledge Base when searching for articles related to products where you receive direct support from Capita. This has now been changed so that you can search the Knowledge Base for any module that you use, as well as being able to view articles that are linked to resolved incidents.
Change Request Votes
All your change request votes have been carried across to My Account from SupportNet. Anyone who was previously having trouble locating some of the existing change requests should now be able to find them.
Accessing old files shares
We have added all old file shares from the past three years to My Account and these can be found under Knowledge Base > Popular Searches > Historical Files Shares. We have also included any other files shares that have been mentioned in the User Resources forum thread, so if you have any further specific file requests then please do let us know via the forum thread.
We will continue to update this document, including adding any file shares that were accessed in SupportNet over the past 12 months.
Many of you have been contributing some really useful and specific feedback on the ways in which you’d prefer the forums to function. Please be assured that we are listening and we will continually look to develop the forums in accordance with your needs as My Account evolves.
We’ll be keeping you updated with further details of improvements we’re making in the My Account Fixes notification on My Account.
